PRICING
All projects are priced with a flat design fee and for budgeting purposes, we’ve outlined the starting design fees for our most requested spaces below. These fees cover design services and do not include furnishings, fixtures, materials, or construction costs. For a more detailed breakdown of estimated project costs, click “Learn More” to view common investment ranges for each service and space.
Scopes of work are fully customizable. Any changes to the scope will be billed at our hourly rate of $200/hour. If additional work is required, a revised design fee will be provided for written approval before design begins. All project costs are estimates and may vary based on final scope.
Designs include one round of revisions. Styling is not included but may be added upon request. Please note that we design full spaces only and do not offer partial room redesigns.

Design can be hard to communicate. A collaborative Pinterest board helps us: understand your personal style and what you’re drawn to, see patterns in colors, textures, and moods you love, stay aligned throughout the project, and keep all inspiration in one easy-to-access place.
