Kitchen and bath renovations are our most requested services—and it’s easy to see why. These spaces are major investments, and most homeowners want to avoid costly mistakes or extended time without a working kitchen or bathroom. A well-planned, efficient design process helps everything run smoothly and ensures it’s done right the first time. Below, you’ll find an overview of our starting design fees along with typical investment ranges for kitchen and bath renovations, including the items commonly included in each scope as outlined in the dropdown menus.

Scopes of work are fully customizable. Any changes to the scope will be billed at our hourly rate of $200/hour. If additional work is required, a revised design fee will be provided for written approval before design begins. All project costs are estimates and may vary based on final scope.

Typically, larger kitchens and those with higher ceilings require more cabinetry and materials, which increases overall costs. In all cases, the selections that will affect your budget the most are appliances, countertops, and cabinetry. Every project is unique, but as a general guideline, our kitchen renovations average around $140,000+ (excluding the design fee) and inclusive of the items listed below:

While every project is different, our primary bathroom renovations typically average around $85,000+ and secondary bathrooms around $40,000+ (excluding the design fee).
