High Point Market Recap - Spring ‘26
Spring is in the air and so is another trip to High Point Market! No April would be complete without attending the largest biannual furnishings trade show. It’s essentially the “fashion week” of the design world, where furniture, lighting, textile, and décor brands debut new collections and set the tone for what we’ll be seeing in homes, magazines, and showrooms in the months ahead. Plus, there are always insightful seminars from industry experts that I thoroughly enjoy. Being such a short drive from Charlotte, it’s a twice-yearly must for us! The ability to see, touch and experience the product in person is essential to ensuring that we love every single piece we’re incorporating into our design and furnishing projects.
This season, market brought its A-game. From striking lighting to beautifully crafted furniture, and everything in between, there was no shortage of standout pieces that caught our eye. As for some common themes… woven pieces continue to be everywhere and I saw it incorporated in so many ways - chairs, of course, but also tables, bed frames, dressers and nightstands, mirrors, light fixtures, etc. They are beautifully crafted and would elevate any home - both inside and out. Lighting continues to impress year after year, each fixture feels like a work of art, beautifully illuminated. And patterns are officially having a moment. Soft, feminine florals were everywhere, giving a nod to “grandma chic,” while pastels made a strong showing throughout as well.
Enjoy a recap of some of my favorite finds - let us know what you love best!
Wild About Wovens
This market highlighted how these pieces are no longer limited to patios and outdoor spaces. There are so many beautiful options for interiors, from beds and light fixtures to accent tables and beyond.
Love this 4-poster bed with a woven headboard.
A moment for the scalloped bottom on this indoor/outdoor sofa table.
The basketweave design on the back of this dining chair is as beautiful as it is comfortable.

We can picture this over an eat-in kitchen table.
Need we say more about this adorable game table…
Pastels, Please
This market was a reminder that we need to incorporate more pastels into our design projects. These muted hues add a subtle pop of color while maintaining a calm, elevated feel throughout a space. To that, we say: more pastels please!
This console table is pretty in pink.
A little blue goes a long way.
A coffee table that has us in a lavender haze.
Pretty Patterns
This market had no shortage of beautiful patterns. From dainty florals and soft stripes to geometrics and beyond, we saw fabrics move well beyond accent pieces and pillows and take center stage on larger furniture as well. “Grandma chic” is having it’s moment, and we love the nod to bygone eras done in such a fresh, elevated way.
Such a sweet settee moment.
This chair had the softest floral pattern.
Love this stripped pattern with the dark stained and woven accent chair.
Never met a stripe we didn’t like!
Green Thumb
While we’re still working on our green thumb in the garden, we’re always tuned in to incorporating green in our design projects. It was great to see this versatile hue in many forms.
Love everything about this green dresser - the color, the texture, the size!
This green chair has a small scale chevron pattern that looks like texture until you’re up close. We’ll take a pair!
Such a fun coffee table.
Lighting Loves
It wouldn’t be a market trip without visiting the lighting showrooms to see what’s on display. We’re always amazed by the unique and beautiful options. We wish we could show you everything, but that would be a whole other blog post. :)
A “wow” moment.
A soft blue pleated lamp shade - yes, please!
Scalloped plate sconces - would be fun in a beach house bathroom!
This glass chandelier is stunning in person. It made the whole place shimmer. IYKYK.
